Booking policies

Before you reserve

Inquiries are not bookings
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve your date. We will review your details and follow up — a custom quote may be required.
Securing your date
Your event date is secured only after the required 50% nonrefundable retainer is completed.
Remaining balance
The remaining balance is due before the event, according to the terms of your agreement.
Food & catering
Food, catering, beverages and venue fees are not included in Full Event Styling (or any package) unless specifically quoted.
Final quote
Availability, delivery distance, setup requirements, rentals, and applicable taxes or fees may affect your final quote.
