Booking policies

Before you reserve

Inquiries are not bookings: Submitting an inquiry does not reserve your date. We will review your details and follow up — a custom quote may be required.
Securing your date: Your event date is secured only after the required 50% nonrefundable retainer is completed.
Remaining balance: The remaining balance is due before the event, according to the terms of your agreement.
Food & catering: Food, catering, beverages and venue fees are not included in Full Event Styling (or any package) unless specifically quoted.
Final quote: Availability, delivery distance, setup requirements, rentals, and applicable taxes or fees may affect your final quote.
